How do I pay for my order?
After checkout, you will receive a QR code via email and SMS for GCash or bank transfer payment. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Metro Manila orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Provincial orders take 5-7 business days via standard courier.
Do you offer warranties?
All boards come with a 30-day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse or incorrect wiring is not covered.
Can I track my order?
Yes! After payment confirmation, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status using your Order ID on our site.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the Philippines. International shipping may be available in the future.
What if my board is defective?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your Order ID and photos of the defect. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Do you offer bulk discounts for schools?
Yes! Schools and training centers ordering 10+ units qualify for special pricing. Contact us at hello@youngcoders.dev for a custom quote.
